A Stitch in Time was started by Vicky Naugle in October of 2005 in the basement of her home. God blessed her with the opportunity to purchase a multi-head embroidery machine and the computer and corresponding software. A year later she added the heat press and rhinestones. It was a family affair with help coming from her mom, daughters and nieces when needed. The business has grown predominantly by word of mouth advertising from multiple repeat customers and businesses. She also advertises through craft show events and has her items displayed at a local consignment shop. When making anything, the philosophy is to "do it as if unto the Lord".
